Brigitte Breton, FSA
Brigitte is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with over 30 years of experience.
She has held positions with various insurance companies (Colonia, Gerling Global Life, Prudential of Canada) and reinsurance firms (Swiss Re, U.S. division), contributing to the development, pricing, and marketing of numerous life insurance products.
In 2008, Brigitte founded Brigitte Breton Solutions Inc. to offer her services as a consultant. Since then, she has become a recognized authority in Canada for the assessment of the Fair Market Value of insurance policies.

Brigitte has given a series of training sessions on the actuarial assessment of the Fair Market Value of insurance policies.
She has notably been a member of the Fair Market Value working group set up by the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Brigitte has also delivered presentations for the Society of Actuaries, the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, the Chambre de la sécurité financière, and various Managing General Agents.
Léo Chartray, ASA, ACIA
A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal, Léo is an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (ACIA) and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA). He joined the team in 2014 and has also held actuarial positions with consulting firms and insurance companies.

Maxime Breton Vincent, LL.B., J.D.
Maxime is a member of both the Quebec Bar and the New York State Bar. He began his career at a law firm specializing in insurance law. In 2017, he founded a company offering online legal services in Quebec.
His interest in insurance and investment eventually led him to join the family business, where he contributes his legal expertise.
